: (1) Application for identity card according to rule 4: Personal and biological details of the applicant will be collected from the department, national identity card unit according to rule 10, local authorities or other places designated by the department.
(2) Information including personal and biological details collected in accordance with this rule must be entered in the National Identity Management Information System.
